The Serene House will offer its guests a unique experience in an environment where only the peaceful mountain of El Yunque overlooking the sea can provide. The experience will begin from the moment the guest accesses the property of approximately 5 acres.

The property will be protected by private walls with an electronic access gate. Entering, you will find a 250-foot climb surrounded by vibrant vegetation. The main structure consists of the reception area adjacent to the main hall (1000s/f). In such room you will find the breakfast area consisting of 6 tables with ample space accompanied by unique decorations garnished with hand-picked potted plants. In addition, a cozy corner is comfortably furnished where our guests can enjoy reading the available books. If the guest prefers to enjoy the outdoor environment, the balcony just off the main breakfast area will have 2 tables overlooking the pool and the ocean in the distance.

Room #1 located on the main floor will be just a few steps from the dining area. The suite offers 452 s/f of comfort viewing south through large French-style windows and doors that lead to a peacefully ornamented courtyard. It has a spacious bathroom with “ADA” functions and space for four guests.

Room #2 is located on the first level. It has two sets of double french doors opening to a private garden that will accentuate a palpable sense of seclusion within the property. Capacity 250 s/f.

Room #3 is also located on the first level. The main entrance to the suite leads to a warm living area with a sleeper sofa followed by the bedroom and bathroom. If you desire to be close to the pool, then this is your room. The french doors on the north side of the room lead to the pool deck.

We are an adult only B & B (16+). Our intensions are to provide a peaceful environment to our guest, no parties and/or loud music allowed while in the compound. Special events and celebrations such as weddings are welcomed with 100% booking requirement. Although we are pet owners, our facilities do not permit visiting pets. We promise to serve you the freshest ingredients during your stay, and to make sure we keep our promise a 2 night minimum is required for any booking with a minimum of 48hrs in advance.

No same day booking allowed. A 50% deposit will be charged upon the completion of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

A one-night stay cancelation fee will be charged to all cancelations 14 days prior to arrival. Within 14 days of your reservation a 50% of the full value of your reservation will be charged. There will be no refunds for early departures. We understand natural events may happen in the tropics; in such cases we ask you contact our office to make proper arrangements.
