Eddie Ramírez and Tisha Pastor have written their lives amongst the cobble stones and walls of the Old San Juan — their stories crescendoing to the fruition of their dream to establish the area’s first bed & breakfast. Casa Sol’s recently restored building captures the unique historical details and cultural values of the 18th century in a blend of exquisite colonial and contemporary styles. Casa Sol guests are provided with the best touristic and gastronomical references without having to leave the forted city, and are served by Eddie and Tisha every morning a fresh and nutritious breakfast made with local produce. Five Spanish-style guestrooms include private restrooms, air conditioning and fans hanging from the grand eighteen-foot ceilings.

"This little place on a cobblestoned street in the heart of Old San Juan is a great find. We had two rooms and they were charming with very high ceilings and comfortable beds. The courtyard where breakfast is served is beautiful with lots of plants and a little sitting area for guests. Hosts are very nice and helpful."

"The Web site does not do this place justice. The recent complete remodel is fantastic. A great mix of modern finish in a charming old San Juan feel. We had a room for 4 with a loft for my wife and I and a double for the girls. Room was great. Hosts were great as well. Very accommodating and charming."
